We accept all major credit cards/ debit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover) and Paypal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. We currently offer Shop Pay where you can Buy now and Pay later. All purchases are immediately billed and will show on your credit card statement as Micore' Global
Our items can sell out within hours and we may not be able to restock them. However, if there is a particular item that you are interested in, please email us support@micoreglobal.com with a list of items so that you can be placed on an email notification list. If the particular item you are interested in happens to become available again, we will be sure to notify you.
Yes! Shipping costs will be calculated on your order before you pay. International Orders: 1. USPS Priority International mail (6-12 business days) 2. DHL Priority International (7-14 business days)
Depending on your location, shipping within the US will take anywhere from 2-6 business days. International orders can be delivered within 7-14 business days however this varies from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 1-4 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please alert us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. We will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.
Our policy lasts 10 days. Items must be sent back within 10 days to be issued store credit.. No Refunds, No Exchange; store credit only within 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your order, your store credit will be issued but a restocking fee of 10% will be applied and the difference will be provided on store credit ONLY. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be issued any store credit.. Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, make-up, bodysuits and accessories.
Refunds (for store credit) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and you can use the credit for future use.
