Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. Items must be sent back within 10 days to be issued store credit.. No Refunds, No Exchange; store credit only within 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your order, your store credit will be issued but a restocking fee of 10% will be applied and the difference will be provided on store credit ONLY.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

Refunds (for store credit)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and you can use the credit for future use. Store credits do not expire.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded for store credit. Unfortunately sale items cannot be issued any store credit.

Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, make-up, bodysuits and accessories.

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or coupon code; or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mercymicore@gmail.com and send your item to: MICORE GLOBAL INC.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or receive merchandise credit. If it's not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable or sold out, you can choose to wait till we restock the items or a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We accept all major credit cards/ debit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover) and Paypal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. We currently offer Shop Pay where you can Buy now and Pay later.

All purchases are immediately billed and will show on your credit card statement as Micore' Global

Deep discounts such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday after Christmas, or all sales items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged.
